Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo se ukvarjali s problemom avtomatizacije strojnega gorilnika. V podjetju Zavar izdelujejo plinsko opremo, med drugim tudi strojne gorilnike za predgrevanje ali gretje raznih obdelovancev iz različnih materialov. Predgrevanje jekla se uporablja predvsem pred varjenjem zvarjencev.
Do sedaj se je problem nadzora gorenja, prižiganja in ugašanja gorilnika reševal s pomočjo analognih sistemov (termo členov). Sistem je sicer enostaven za uporabo, vendar ga ne moremo nadgraditi na novejše aplikacije, kot je na primer povezava z robotom.
Težavo smo rešili tako, da smo ga avtomatizirali s pomočjo PLK krmilnika, ob upoštevanju vseh standardov in varnostnih predpisov.
Naš cilj je, da napravimo popolnoma avtomatiziran strojni gorilnik z avtomatskim prižigom, kontrolo temperature, časovnim delovanjem, samodejnim izklopom, z možnostjo povezave z robotom ter ročnega ali strojnega vžiga, ob upoštevanju vseh standardov in varnostnih predpisov.

Secondary abstract: |
In the bachelor's thesis we were dealing with the problem of automation of industrial blowpipe. Company Zavar makes gas equipment, industrial blowpipes for preheating and heating different materials. Preheating of steel is used especially before welding of workpiece.
Until now the problem of burning supervision, ignition and extinguishment of industrial blowpipe was solved with analog systems (thermocouples). The system is generally easy to use, but can not be updated to newer applications such as linking it to a robot.
We want to solve the problem by automating with the help of PLC controller while also abiding by all the standards and safety regulations.
Our goal was to make a completely automated industrial blowpipe with automatic ignition, temperature control, timed operation, self-extinguishment, with robot communication option and manual or automatic ignition, while also abiding by all the standards and safety regulations. |
