Abstract

V vseh organizacijah, ki želijo uspešno poslovati, morajo vedeti, da k uspešnosti bistveno pripomorejo njihovi zavzeti zaposleni, saj le-ti v največji meri prispevajo k temu, da se podjetje razvija in raste ter je zmožno konkurirati drugim na trgih. Zato so podatki, ki jih je pokazala Gallupova raziskava, zaskrbljujoči, saj so pokazali, da je le 13 % ljudi po svetu zavzetih za delo. Zaposleni bodo zavzeti, če bodo delali v zavzetem okolju, ob zavzetih ljudeh, bili vključeni v odločitve, bili nagrajeni za svoje uspehe, imeli možnost rasti in se razvijati ... V veliki meri lahko na vse to vplivajo vodje oz. nadrejeni. Cilj diplomskega projekta je bil ugotoviti, kaj pomeni zavzetost zaposlenih, kako jo lahko izboljšamo, kaj vpliva na njo in kako jo izmerimo. Na podlagi raziskave podjetja smo ugotovili, ali so njihovi zaposleni zavzeti za delo in v kakšni meri. Diplomski projekt je razdeljen na dva dela, na teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu naloge smo se posvetili predstavitvi zavzetosti zaposlenih, njenim značilnostim in vrstam zavzetih ljudi. Kasneje smo nadaljevali z dejavniki, ki so ključni tako za zaposlene kot za njihove nadrejene. Zavzetost lahko tudi merimo, zato smo predstavili 3 najpogosteje uporabljene načine merjenja zavzetosti zaposlenih. Enega smo uporabili tudi mi, in sicer v empiričnem delu naloge. Pomembno je, da se zna organizacija spopasti z tudi nezavzetostjo, ki danes ni tako redka. Predstavili smo, kako se zoperstaviti tej težavi in povečati zavzetost zaposlenih. Pri doseganju zavzetosti imajo seveda veliko vlogo vodje podjetij, ki morajo skrbeti, da bodo zaposleni pri delu zavzeti z glavo, srcem in rokami. V empiričnem delu naloge smo s pomočjo vprašalnika raziskali in analizirali zavzetost zaposlenih v podjetju Renovus, d. o. o. V prvem delu raziskovalnega dela smo predstavili zgodovino podjetja, njegovo dejavnost, trge, na katerih deluje, podjetja, s katerimi sodeluje, in drugo. V drugem delu smo predstavili analizo rezultatov in ugotovili, da so zaposleni v podjetju Renovus pohištvo d.o.o. zavzeti.

Secondary abstract: All organizations that want to do business successfully need to know that engaged employees are the key to their success since they make the greatest contribution to the company so that it can develop and grow and be able to compete in the markets. However, the results shown in research by Gallup are worrying because they show that only 13% of people around the world are engaged at work. Employees will be engaged if they work in an engaging environment, with engaged people, are involved in decisions, rewarded for their successes, and have the opportunity to grow and develop. To a large extent, all this can be influenced largely by managers or superiors. The goal of the thesis was to find out what employee engagement is, how we can improve it, what affects it and how we measure it. Based on the company Renovus furniture d.o.o, we investigated whether its employees are engaged at work and how much. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part, and the empirical part. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we dedicated ourselves to presenting what employee engagement is, the characteristics of engaged employees, and what kind of engaged people we know. Later, we continued with the factors that are crucial for employees and also for their superiors. However, engagement can also be measured, so we presented the 3 most commonly used ways of measuring employee engagement. One of these ways was also used in the empirical part of the thesis. It is important, however, that the organization is also able to cope with disengagement, which is not uncommon today. As a result, we outlined how to tackle this problem and increase employee engagement. Of course, business leaders play an important role in achieving engagement, and they must ensure that employees have a committed head, heart and hands at work. In the empirical part of the thesis, we investigated and analyzed the engagement of employees in the organization Renovus furniture d. o. o. by means of a survey. In the first part of the research work, we present Renovus furniture d.o.o, its company history, activity, the markets in which the company operates, the companies it works with and other information. In the second part, we present an analysis of the results, in which we found that employees of Renovus furniture d. o. o. company is engaged.
