Abstract

Pri sušilnikih perila podjetja Gorenje, d. o. o., se pojavlja problem z zaporo vrat, ki jo vgrajujejo v ohišje sušilnika perila. Zapori vrat, ki ima možnost nastavitve sile odpiranja z vijakom, se nastavi odpiralna sila. Skozi dobo trajanja ta sila naraste do meje, da je na testiranju po varnostnem standardu neustrezna. Predlagana je bila zamenjava materiala enega izmed sestavnih delov. Z eksperimentalno metodo zbiranja podatkov meritev smo ugotovili, da sprememba materiala ugodno vpliva na mehanizem, saj je naraščanje sile ob uporabi manjše, hkrati pa se pojavi tudi manj porušitev sestavnih delov zapore.

Secondary title: Analysis of the tumble dryer door closing mechanism
Secondary abstract: With tumble dryers in company Gorenje d.o.o. there is a problem with the door lock, which is installed in the housing of the tumble dryer. The opening force of a door lock can be set with the screw. Through its lifetime, this force is increased to the point, where it fails at testing by safety standard. It was proposed to change the material of one of the components. According to experimental method of data collection, we obtained results, where we found, that changing the material has a positive effect on the mechanism, since the increase in force throughout the same lifetime is lower, and at the same time less failure of the constituent parts is observed.
