Abstract

V magistrskem delu se obravnava izdelava BIM-projekta hibridne leseno-betonske konstrukcije dvostanovanjske hiše natančnosti LOD 350. Osnovni model smo razdelili na gradbeni in arhitekturni podmodel. Gradbeni podmodel vsebuje lesene in betonske konstrukcijske elemente, arhitekturni podmodel pa toplotno izolacijo, talno oblogo, fasado, notranjo opremo, okna in vrata. Preverili smo možnosti implementacije BIM-a v hibridni leseno-betonski konstrukcijski sistem z vidika obsega 3D-modeliranja, IFC-atributov in statičnih izračunov. Izvedli smo tudi transformacijo BIM-modela v BEM-model z vmesnikom EcoDesigner programa v ArchiCAD-u in primerjali rezultate toplotnih izgub treh podobnih BEM-modelov hiše.

Secondary abstract: The master’s thesis presents the use of BIM design of a hybrid wooden-concrete structure duplex house with the model accuracy of LOD 350. The base model is divided into a construction and architectural submodel. The construction submodel will include the wooden and concrete structures. The architectural submodel will include the thermal insulation, flooring, facade, interior furniture, windows and doors. We researched the possibilities of BIM implementation into hybrid wooden-concrete structural systems from the viewpoint of 3D modeling, IFC attributes and statical analysis. We also carried out the transformation from BIM model to BEM model, with the EcoDesigner program in AchiCAD and compare the thermal losses of three similar models.
