Abstract

Na začetku diplomskega dela je na kratko predstavljeno podjetje, za katero se je naprava izdelovala. V okviru diplomske naloge je bila za potrebe podjetja skonstruirana naprava za merjenje sile v skladu z njihovimi zahtevami. Opisano je področje uporabe naprave. Predstavljene so glavne komponente naprave in njihov analitični preračun. Na koncu je narejen numerični preračun in simulacija konstrukcije naprave s pomočjo končnih elementov (MKE) s programskim paketom ABAQUS. Rezultat diplomskega dela je naprava za merjenje sile, ki jo je mogoče uporabiti za merjenje natega in tlaka najrazličnejših izdelkov, ki jih podjetje izdeluje.

Secondary title: Design of force measuring device
Secondary abstract: In this diploma paper, firstly I presented the company that the device was built for. I constructed the device for measuring force according to the company’s demands. I described the sphere where this device could be used in. I presented the device’s main components and the analytical calculations. Finally, you can see the numerical calculations and a simulation of the device’s construction using the Finite element method (FEM) in the programme ABAQUS. The result of this diploma paper is a device for measuring force that can be used for measuring the tensile strength and compressive strength in different products the company produces.
