Abstract

Cilj diplomskega dela je izdelava orodja za preračun toplotne obremenitve in vpliva neogrevanega stanovanja na tako stanovanjski blok kot tudi na stanovanja, ki mejijo na neogrevano stanovanje. Diplomsko delo najprej prikaže postopek pridobitve potrebnih projektnih podatkov za izdelavo preračuna. Nato so obrazloženi faktorji in koeficienti izbrani za obravnavano stavbo. Sledi opis izdelave orodja za preračun, ki je izdelano v programskem okolju Microsoft EXCEL. Uporabniku omogoča izbiro ogrevanih stanovanj in tip ogrevanja za vsako posamezno stanovanje. Rezultati so prikazani grafično in tabelarično za različna časovna obdobja določena s strani uporabnika. Prikažejo tako toplotno obremenitev kot tudi strošek potreben za ogrevanje.

Secondary title: Heat load of apartment building with regard to unheated apartment
Secondary abstract: The aim of this graduation thesis is development of software tool used for calculation of heat load and effect of an unheated apartment on the whole apartment building as well as apartments bordering on the unheated apartment. In the first part it is shown how to get all the project data needed for calculation. Next part focuses on explanation of used factors and coefficients chosen for the discussed apartment building. This is followed by a description of the development of the software tool created in Microsoft EXCEL. It allows the user to choose heated apartments and heating type for each individual apartment. Results are shown graphically and tabularly for different time frames defined by the user. They display heat load as well as cost used for heating.
