diplomsko delo
Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena izdelava četrte osi za CNC rezkalni stroj domače izdelave. Opisan je postopek izdelave mehanskega dela vse od načrtovanja, izbire ustreznih sestavnih delov in izdelave delavniških risb, ki so potrebne za izdelavo fizičnih komponent. Predstavljen je tudi električni del, to je vezava zaprto-zančnega koračnega motorja s krmilnikom ter nastavljanje krmilnika za pravilno delovanje. Diplomsko delo zavzema tudi postopek izdelave CAM programa v Fusion 360 za rezkanje s četrto osjo, izbira ustreznega post procesorja za generiranje G kode ter nastavitve v programu Mach3 za ustrezno delovanje oz. rezkanje.

Upgrading three axis CNC milling machine with fourth axis |
Secondary abstract: |
In this diploma, adding fourth axis to a homemade CNC milling machine is presented. Process of machining mechanical parts, from planning, choosing appropriate parts and making drawings for the parts is presented. Also, wiring of close-loop stepper motor and driver in the electrical part is presented. The diploma consists of the procedure of making a CAM program in Fusion 360 for milling with the fourth axis, selecting a proper post-processor for generating G-code and setting Mach3 for correct functioning. |
