Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen postopek nadgradnje in avtomatizacije pnevmatske stiskalnice za stiskanje dveh obdelovancev. Narejen je bil idejni načrt za nadgradnjo stiskalnice in njeno delovanje. Na stiskalnico so bile nameščene komponente, ki so zagotovili varno in pravilno delovanje stiskalnice. Zasnovana in izdelana je bila električna in pnevmatska povezava komponent. Sistemu je bil dodan industrijski krmilnik, z izdelanim programom in industrijski zaslon z uporabniškim vmesnikom.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis presents the process of upgrading and automating of a pneumatic press for bonding two workpieces. The idea plan was made for upgrading and automating the press. Components which ensure safety and proper functioning of the press were installed. Electrical and pneumatical connections between components were designed and constructed. An industrial controller with a program was added to the system together with industrial screen with user interface.
