Abstract

V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge so predstavljene definicije na temo zadovoljstva odjemalcev in storitev, kjer se posebej opredeli tudi turistične storitve in posebnosti, povezane z njimi. V praktičnem delu naloge smo se lotili analize o zadovoljstvu s turistično storitvijo Term Zreče in smučišča Rogla. Ugotovili smo, da je bilo največ gostov takšnih, ki so v preteklosti koristili storitve tako v Termah Zreče kot tudi na smučišču Rogla. Gostje zaznavajo visoko kakovost tako v Termah kot tudi na smučišču, prav tako pa so z bližnjo okolico in samo izkušnjo obiska zadovoljni. Kljub temu pa lahko še vedno najdemo nekaj elementov, ki jih je potrebno izboljšati ali spremeniti, da bi s tem lahko še uspešeje zadovoljevali želje in potrebe gostov. Ker se konkurenca v turističnih storitvah znatno povečuje, je smiselno merjenje zadovoljstva gostov, prav tako je potrebno prisluhniti njihovim željam in trenutne goste obdržati, hkrati pa poizkušati pridobiti tudi nove. Turistična destinacija Rogla-Zreče je turistično zelo privlačna, z novostmi tako v Zrečah kot tudi na Rogli pa skrbi, da poleg kakovostnih storitev nudijo še nove atrakcije, s katerimi odpirajo nove možnosti za stare in tudi nove goste.

Secondary title: Comparison of the visitors satisfaction with tourist service within the tourist destination
Secondary abstract: The theoretical part of the master's thesis offers definitions of customer satisfaction and services satisfaction. Tourist services and the specificities associated with them are specifically defined. In the practical part of the master’s thesis, we analyzed guests' satisfaction with the tourist services of Terme Zreče and the Rogla ski resort. We discovered that the majority of guests had used the services in Terme Zreče and the Rogla ski resort in the past. Guests perceive both Terme Zreče and the ski resort to be of high quality, and are satisfied with the surrounding area and their experience of the visit. However, there are still some elements that need to be improved or modified to further satisfy the needs and wishes of guests. Since competition in tourism services is increasing significantly, it is sensible to measure guests’ satisfaction and listen to their wishes in order to keep the current guests while also trying to get new ones. The Rogla Zreče tourist destination is very attractive to tourists. With the innovations in Zreče and Rogla, it ensures that in addition to quality services, it also offers new attractions, which open new possibilities for current and new guests.
