Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je opisan postopek raziskave in izdelave vgrajenega sistema za pasterizacijo tekočin v zbiralniku. Načrtovali smo sistem, ki skrbi za avtonomno pasterizacijo tekočin v zbiralniku. Opisan sistem je narejen tako, da uporabnik vnese željeno temperaturo in določi čas pasterizacije. Sistem glede na izmerjeno temperaturo tekočine v zbiralniku uravnava moč grelca. Ko je izmerjena temperatura enaka željeno sistem vzdržuje željeno temperaturo toliko časa, kot ga je uporabnik vnesel v sistem. Načrtovan vgrajeni sistem smo izdelali kot vmesni člen med električnim omrežjem in grelcem, saj večina grelcev na tržišču nima že predhodno vgrajene regulacije temperature. S tem smo dosegli, da lahko na naš sistem priklopimo vsaki grelec ustrezne napetosti in moči. Ker smo se razvoja vgrajenega sistema lotili celovito, smo izdelali tudi mešalo, ki skrbi da se temperatura enakomerno porazdeli po celotnem volumnu zbiralnika.

Secondary abstract: |
In this thesis, a process of research and development of an embedded system for pasteurization of liquids in a tank was described. A system was made that takes care of the automatic pasteurization in the tank. The described system was made in a way that the user set the required temperature and time of pasteurization. The system regulates the power at the heating element depending on the measured temperature in the tank. When measured temperature equals to the required temperature set by the user, the system maintains the temperature for the time that has been set. The system was made as interface between the power grid and the heating element. Most of the heating elements on the market does not have preinstalled temperature regulation. Having this, we achieved the possibility of connecting any appropriate heating element to our system. Moreover, to achieve the maximum efficiency, we implemented a mixer that ensures that the whole volume of a liquid is equally mixed. |
