Abstract

Pri izdelavi laserskega gravirnega CNC-stroja smo se srečali s konstruiranjem in tudi izdelavo stroja. Zaradi kompleksnosti delovanja stroja je bilo treba najprej narediti virtualni model, nato pa smo lahko izdelali fizični stroj. Stroj deluje na principu gibanja mostu, zato smo potrebovali zelo toga vodila v smeri x osi, kar zahteva močnejšo in težjo konstrukcijo. Elektronika oziroma krmilni del skrbi za vodenje motorjev in upravljanje ukazov, ne smemo pa pozabiti tudi na končna stikala, ki skrbijo za varnost stroja ter delavca. Elektronika je vgrajena v ločeno omarico, saj na samem stroju ni prostora zaradi gibanja mostu stroja. Za preizkus delovanja smo uporabili vektorsko sliko oziroma napis, ki smo ga nato s programskim paketom GRBL verzije 1.1 uporabili za programiranje izdelave izdelka.

Secondary title: Manufacturing of CNC laser engraving machine
Secondary abstract: This work presents the construction and manufacturing of CNC laser engraving machine. Due to the complexity, a virtual computer model of the machine was constructed. Then, an actual machine was manufactured. Because the machine works on the principle of a moving bridge, rigid guides were needed for X-axis movements, resulting in stronger and heavier construction. For machine control and program’s execution dedicated electronics were used. Also, end-switches and other safety elements were integrated into the machine. Electronics were installed into separate housing, due to the lack of space caused by machine’s bridge movement. For machine testing a vector image was used to programme the part’s engraving inside GRBL version 1.1 software package.
