Abstract

E-poštno sporočilo je vsekakor eno izmed starejših oblik digitalnega trženja, vendar kljub temu še dolgo ne bo potonila v pozabo. Prav nasprotno. E-pošta ima moč, da podjetje nadgradi ali pa začne zaostajati. Biti moramo v koraku s časom in biti pripravljeni na prihajajoče trende in se pripraviti na delovanje tudi na tem področju. Vsako podjetje se mora zavedati vrednosti delovanja in trženja njenih izdelkov. Uporabniška izkušnja tako pomaga, da izdelek ali storitev lažje približamo uporabniku, le to pa lahko kasneje prodamo po različnih trženjskih poteh. Najprej smo analizirali, kaj sploh uporabniška izkušnja, digitalno trženje in e-poštno trženje so, analizirali njihove ključne elemente in na koncu naredili uporabniško izkušnjo orodja MailChimp. Le to, je orodje za avtomatizacijo trženja. Ugotovili smo, da uporaba e-poštnega trženja je pomembna za doseganje ciljnega občinstva in vzpostavljanja odnosov s strankami in da z uporabo naprednih funkcij kot so segmentiranje, testiranje in personaliziranje, lahko dosegamo boljše rezultate e-poštnih kampanj.

Secondary abstract: Email is definitely one of the older forms of digital marketing, but it still won't be long forgotten. Quite the contrary. Email has the power to make a business upgrade or start falling behind. We need to keep up with the times and be prepared for upcoming trends and prepare for action in this area as well. Every business needs to be aware of the value of operating and marketing its products. The user experience helps us to bring the product or service closer to the user and can later be sold through different marketing channels. We first analyzed what the user experience, digital marketing and email marketing were all about, analyzed their key elements, and finally made the MailChimp user experience. Only this is a marketing automation tool. We've found that using email marketing is important for reaching your target audience and building customer relationships, and that using advanced features like segmentation, testing, and personalization can help us achieve better email campaign results.
