Abstract

Diplomsko delo obsega predstavitev nove proizvodne linije s kodnim imenom CT07 v podjetju BSH Hišni aparati d.o.o. Nazarje. Na tej liniji se bo proizvajala nova naprava Cook Processor. Podrobneje spoznamo sistem svetlobnega vodenja embaliranja oz. »pick-to-light« sistem. Za sistem se je uporabil krmilnik Unitronics Vision430 in ustrezni razširitveni pretvornik ter razširitveni modul. Za potrebe sistema je bil izdelan uporabniški vmesnik, ki ga lahko nastavljamo s pomočjo zaslona na dotik. Podrobneje so predstavljene komponente, ki so bile uporabljene pri izgradnji sistema. Predstavljen je tudi rezultat, ki je bil dosežen v poizkusnih serijah na liniji.

Secondary abstract: The thesis includes the presentation of a new production line with a code name CT07 at BSH Household appliances d.o.o. Nazarje. This line will produce a newly developed Cook Processor device. We present the details about the light management system of packaging; named Pick-to light. The Unitronics Vision 430 controller and the corresponding expansion converter and expansion module were used for the system. For the needs of the system, a user interface has been created that can be adjusted using the touch screen. The components that were used to build the system are presented in a greater detail. The result obtained during the experimental series on the line is also presented.
