Abstract

V diplomskem delo je obravnavana konstrukcija dvižnih valjev na polnilni liniji, ki jih izdelujejo v podjetju GEA Vipoll d. o. o. Obstoječa konstrukcija valjev je bila preračunana s pomočjo MKE v programu SOLIDWORKS. Rezultati simulacije so bili v pomoč pri preoblikovanju konstrukcijskih elementov s ciljem, da prihranimo pri porabi materiala in strojne obdelave, hkrati pa ponujena rešitev omogoča večjo zanesljivost konstrukcije. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da je obstoječa rešitev pomanjkljiva zaradi premajhnih zaokrožitev na prehodih in pomanjkanja navodil za zatezni moment navoja na vertikalnem nosilcu.

Secondary title: Design improvement of the lifting cylinder for the filling machine
Secondary abstract: The paper deals with the construction of lifting cylinders on a bottle filling machine engineered and manufactured by the company GEA VIPOLL d.o.o. For the calculation of the existing cylinder construction a Finite element method (FEM) was applied in conjunction with the SOLIDWORKS software. Based on the results of the simulation the constructional elements were modified with the principle purpose to save material and mechanical processing, while at the same time the offered solution enables a more reliable construction. It was found that the existing solution was insufficient due to cylinders not being round enough on the transitions and lack of instructions for the adequate locking torque on the vertical carrier.
