Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo izdelali sistem za pomoč na daljavo. Raziskali smo, katere tehnologije prevladujejo na področju realno-časovnih klicev. Izbrali smo tehnologijo WebRTC, ki deluje znotraj brskalnika. Izdelali smo spletno in mobilno aplikacijo ter zaledni sistem, ki ju povezuje. Spletno aplikacijo smo izdelali v ogrodju Angular 6, mobilno pa v ogrodju React Native.

Secondary abstract: In our thesis, we created a remote assistance system. We researched the technologies that prevail in the field of real-time calls. We chose WebRTC technology that works within the browser. We developed a web and a mobile application, along with a back-end system that connects them both. We used Angular 6 framework for our web application and React Native framework for our mobile application.
