Secondary abstract: | The purpose of this thesis was to create a program to check if the product was within the set tolerances, with the help of a laser. We used a linear axis with stepper motor, an analog laser for distance measurement and a Siemens controller. The controller was used to move the linear axis and to capture the laser signals. We connected the HMI module with the user interface on it. The entire controller program and user interface was written in TIA PORTAL V13. |
