Abstract

V diplomskem delu je opisan projekt vodenja pnevmatskega procesa z industrijskim krmilnikom po komunikacijskem vmesniku. Obe napravi sta različnih proizvajalcev in komunicirata z uporabo Modbus TCP/IP komunikacijskega protokola, ki sloni na lokalnem ethernet omrežju. Opisane so uporabljene komponente, programska oprema, montaža in vezava. Opisan je način konfiguracije komunikacijskega vmesnika in navodila za simulacijo Modbus TCP/IP povezave z uporabo računalnika. Zapisana so natančna navodila za konfiguracijo krmilnika S7-1200 v TIA Portalu in opis krmilnega programa.

Secondary abstract: This paper is describing the control of the pneumatic process with an industrial controller with a bus coupler. Both devices are made by different manufacturers and use Modbus TCP/IP communication protocol over a local ethernet network. This paper describes used components, software, assembly and wiring. It includes a description of the configuration of the bus coupler and instructions on how to test the Modbus TCP/IP connection of a device. It provides detailed instructions of controller configuration for Modbus connection in TIA Portal and a description of the user program.
