Secondary abstract: | The diploma thesis describes static analyses and construction of a quenching tank framework for company BOSIO d.o.o. The company and their products are presented, the quenching tank and used standards are described and classified and a short summary of work with planar constructions with the use of FEM (Finite Element Method) method is described. Further on a short calculation of allowed metal sheets dimensions and numerical analysis is made by FEM method with the help of program package Abaqus. Because of the higher Von Mises stresses and deformations of the first analysis, a new one had to be made. At acceptable final results of the second analysis, the framework was constructed with program package Creo. |
