Abstract

Diplomsko delo opisuje statično analiziranje in konstruiranje ogrodja kalilnega bazena za podjetje BOSIO d.o.o. Predstavljeno je podjetje in njihovi proizvodi, opisan in klasificiran je kalilni bazen in uporabljeni standardi ter opisan je kratek povzetek dela s ploskovnimi konstrukcijami z uporabo MKE (metode končnih elementov) metode. Nadaljnje je izveden kratek preračun dovoljenih dimenzij pločevin in numerična analiza po MKE metodi s pomočjo programskega paketa Abaqus. Zaradi večjih Von Misesovih napetosti in deformacij prve analize jo je bilo potrebno opraviti ponovno. Ob dopustnih končnih rezultatih druge analize je bilo ogrodje tudi konstruirano s programskim paketom Creo.

Secondary title: Numerical analysis of quenching tank framework
Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis describes static analyses and construction of a quenching tank framework for company BOSIO d.o.o. The company and their products are presented, the quenching tank and used standards are described and classified and a short summary of work with planar constructions with the use of FEM (Finite Element Method) method is described. Further on a short calculation of allowed metal sheets dimensions and numerical analysis is made by FEM method with the help of program package Abaqus. Because of the higher Von Mises stresses and deformations of the first analysis, a new one had to be made. At acceptable final results of the second analysis, the framework was constructed with program package Creo.
