diplomsko delo univerzitetnega študija Organizacija in management poslovnih in delovnih sistemov
Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na problematiko usklajevanja dela in družine. Zanimal nas je predvsem vpliv vpeljave certifikata Družini prijazno podjetje na lažje usklajevanje tako delovnih kot družinskih obveznosti. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili obe področji življenja, tako delo kot družino, konflikt kot predhodnik usklajevanja ter kaj in kdo pravzaprav vpliva na uspešno usklajevanje dela ter družine. Naprej smo se dotaknili opisa certifikata Družini prijazno podjetje, kako ga podjetje pridobi ter na kakšen način ga vpelje v podjetje oziroma preko katerih ukrepov podjetje lahko zaposlenim olajša situacijo.
V empiričnem delu smo preko anketnega vprašalnika raziskovali, kakšni so odzivi zaposlenih na izvajanje ukrepov ter koliko in kateri ukrepi jim pravzaprav najbolj koristijo pri lažjem usklajevanju dela in družine.

In this thesis, we have focused on the issue of balancing work and family life. We were particularly interested in the introduction of the effects of the Family Friendly Company Certificate. Particularly on balancing work and family responsibilities of the employees.
With a theoretical approach, we presented both areas of work and family life, conflict of the roles and certain influences on a successfully achieved work-life balance. Next, we focused on the description of the Family-Friendly Company Certificate, how the company obtains it and introduces it into the company with a purpose to make establishing of work-life balance easier for employees. |
