Vrednotenje vpliva principov uporabniške izkušnje pri načrtovanju in izgradnji spletnih rešitev

Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo predstavili razliko med uporabniško izkušnjo in uporabnostjo. Preučili smo principe uporabniške izkušnje, ter njene metode vrednotenja. Opisali smo tipe uporabnikov, ter njihove karakteristike glede na teorijo difuzije inovacij. S pomočjo standardiziranega vprašalnika »Vprašalnik uporabniške izkušnje« oz. UEQ (ang. User Experience Questionnaire) smo raziskovali vplive principov uporabniške izkušnje. Ugotovili smo, da uveljavljanje principov uporabniške izkušnje pozitivno vpliva na subjektivno mnenje uporabnikov o storitvi.

Secondary abstract:	In this diploma thesis the difference between user experience and usability was presented. We studied principles of user experience and its evaluation methods. Types of users and their characteristics based on the theory on diffusion of innovations were described. With the help of the standard questionnaire UEQ we researched the impact of user experience principles. We discovered that the enforcment of user experience principles has a positive effect on the users opinion of a service.
