Abstract

V diplomskem delu je opisano ogrevanje v rokometu. S pomočjo deskriptivne metode oz. s pomočjo zbiranja in analize informacij iz različnih odgovarjajočih virov smo v diplomskem delu predstavili nekatere pomembne informacije, povezane s teorijo in prakso ogrevanja v rokometu. V ta namen smo predstavili tudi obremenitve, ki jim je rokometaš podvržen med tekmo. Najpomembnejši cilji ogrevanja pri rokometu so: dvig temperature telesa, pospešena izmenjava različnih snovi v telesu, izboljšanje usklajenosti delovanja mišično-tetivnega in nevralnega sistema ter izboljšanje psihične stabilnosti pred tekmo ali treningom. Ogrevanje rokometašev smo razdelili na več segmentov in vsak segment ustrezno tekstovno in grafično predstavili. Tako je v diplomskem delu opisano ogrevanje s pomočjo elastičnih trakov, tekaške vaje, gimnastične vaje, ogrevanje z rokometno žogo in ogrevanje rokometnih vratarjev s pomočjo strelov v serijah.

Secondary title: Theory and practice of warming up in handball
Secondary abstract: In this diploma we discuss the problem of warming up in handball. With the help of the descriptive method and of collecting and analysing information from different sources we present important information linked with the theory and practice of warming up in handball. Ad hoc we present the strains that a handball player is subjected to during a game. The main goals of warming up are: to raise body temperature; to stimulate the exchange of different substances in the body; to improve coordination of the muscle-tendon system and neural system, and to improve physical stability before a game or training. We divide the warming up of a handball player into segments and adequately present every segment, graphically and textually. We describe warming up with resistance bands, track and gymnastic workouts, warming up with a handball, and goalkeeper workouts with the help of shots in series.
