Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo zasnovali in izdelali servo-pnevmatski pozicionirni sistem, ki z uporabo ventila Enfiled S2 in senzorja SICK MPA omogoča natančno pozicioniranje in ustavljanje bata na poljubni točki vzdolž cilindra. Ventil za krmiljenje uporablja PD regulator. V praktičnem delu smo nabavili potrebne komponente in sistem sestavili. Za pravilno delovanje ventila je potrebno določiti parametre regulatorja, kar smo dosegli na več načinov. Sistem smo krmilili preko potenciometra, programskega vmesnika ter s pomočjo industrijskega krmilnika. Za izbran proces avtomatskega krmilja smo podali besedni opis tehnoloških zahtev, tehnološko shemo, krmilno verigo, diagram stanj in prireditveno tabelo. Nazadnje smo sistem tudi testirali, izmerili dejansko točnost pozicioniranja in jo primerjali s predpisano.

Secondary title: Precisly positioning of pneumatic cylinder
Secondary abstract: In our thesis, we created a servo pneumatic positioning system, the system uses Enfield S2 valve and SICK MPA sensor. The system is capable of achieving great precision and the ability to stop the piston at any point along the cylinder. The valve uses for regulation a PD regulator. In practical part we constructed the system. To achieve optimal working of the valve, we have to set the parameters of the regulator, which we achieved in multiple ways. We operated the system with a potentiometer, user software and over PLC industrial controller. Lastly, we tested the system and measured the actual accuracy of piston positioning and compered it to the prescribed value.
