Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena zasnova namenske naprave za oplaščenje elektrod v podjetju Imerys Ruše d.o.o.. Zasnova mehanskega dela naprave je po korakih predstavljena s pomočjo CAD modelov. Za gibanje in krmiljenje naprave skrbijo hidravlični elementi, ki so krmiljeni s pomočjo relejne tehnike. Načrtovano povezavo hidravličnih in električnih komponent prikazujeta hidravlična in električni shema. Kot dodatek k napravi so predstavljeni še zgodovina podjetja, dodatni dvižni sistem, varnostni ukrepi ter navodila za uporabo in vzdrževanje naprave.

Secondary abstract: In this bachelor's degree paper the design of a dedicated device for electrode coating in the company Imerys Ruše d.o.o is presented. The design of the mechanical parts of the device is presented step-by-step using CAD models. For the movement and control of the device, hydraulic elements are used, which are controlled by means of relay technology. The planned connection between hydraulic and electrical components is illustrated by a hydraulic and electrical scheme. In addition to the device, the company's history, additional lifting system, safety measures and instructions for use and maintenance of the device are presented.
