Abstract

V diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni vplivi na regulacijsko vrtilne hitrosti asinhronskega elektromotorja in frekvenčni pretvornik Omron MX2. Pojasnjena je uporaba, delovanje frekvenčnih pretvornikov in glavne značilnosti uporabljenega frekvenčnika 3G3MX2. Opisana je povezava frekvenčnika s sistemom in priključitev na računalnik. Na kratko je predstavljena programska oprema CX-Drive, ki služi za programiranje frekvenčnega pretvornika. Pojasnjena je teorija P, PI in PID regulatorjev in praktični izračun PID parametrov s pomočjo Ziegler/Nichols metode. Na koncu je opisan uporabljen sistem, ki obsega asinhroni elektromotor, inkrementalni dajalnik in frekvenčni pretvornik. Argumentirani so tudi vplivi na regulacijo vrtilne hitrosti elektromotorja.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the closed loop rotational speed control of asynchronous electromotor with Omron frequency converter. It describes the use and operation of the converters in general and the same for the Omron MX2. It briefly describes the connection with used system and computer. The software package CX-Drive which is used for programming the converter is described as well. The theory of P, PI, PID and Ziegler/Nichols methods are explained and showed. In the end the existent system with asynchronous electric motor, incremental encoder and frequency converter is presented. Results of closed loop rotational speed control of electromotor with frequency converter are argued with feedback pictures and explanation.
