Abstract

V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela najprej spoznamo procese prenosa toplote v gradbenih konstrukcijah in metode računanja toplotnih izgub. V praktičnem delu smo izračunali toplotne izgube konkretne stanovanjske hiše. Posebno pozornost smo posvetili vplivu toplotnih mostov, katerih vpliv na toplotne izgube smo izračunali s programom HTflux. V nadaljevanju smo na podlagi obstoječih toplotnih izgub predlagali ukrepe za energetsko prenovo. V ekonomskem delu magistrskega dela smo analizirali stroške predlaganih ukrepov prenove in stroške ogrevanja v kurilni sezoni pred in po izvedbi predlaganih ukrepov prenove ter izračunali finančno upravičenost predlaganih ukrepov energetske prenove.

Secondary title: Thermal losses, cost analysis and financial eligibility for the renovation of the residential house
Secondary abstract: In the theoretical part of the master's thesis, we first get acquainted with the processes of heat transfer in buildings and methods for heat loss estimation. In the practical part, we calculated the heat loss for a model residential building. The estimation also includes heat loss due to thermal bridges that was calculated using the HTflux program. Furthermore, we compared existing heat loss with the proposed energy renovation measures. In the economic part of the master's thesis, we analyzed the cost of the proposed renovation measures, the cost of heating during the heating season for the model building before and after the renovation, and calculated the financial justification of the proposed energy renovation measures.
