Abstract
Kaj storiti z odpadki umetnih polimernih gradiv je danes velik izziv za sodobnega človeka, saj se merijo v tonah in predstavljajo veliko nevarnost za okolje. Z njihovim nepravilnim ravnanjem pa prav tako zavržemo pomemben energetski vir. Energetska izraba polimernih gradiv je možna, zaradi njihove kemijske sestave. Postopek pirolize je primeren in se v manjšem deležu že izvaja, za pretvorbo nekoristnih in škodljivih odpadkov v gorivo primerljivo konvencionalnim. Diplomsko delo vsebuje izvedbo pilotne naprave za pirolizo in eksperimentalni preizkus s tremi različnimi tipi polimernih gradiv. Opisani in med seboj primerjani so najpomembnejši parametri pirolize.

What to do with artificial polymeric materials today is a great challenge for modern people, as it is measured in tons, and poses a major environmental hazard. however, if we do not effectively manage plastic waste, an important energy source is discarded. the efficient energy use of polymeric materials is possible due to their chemical composition. therefore, a pyrolysis process is appropriate which is, to a lesser extent, already underway, to convert useless and harmful waste into fuel comparable to the conventional fuel. in the diploma thesis the implementation of a pilot pyrolysis device is described and an experimental test with three different types of polymeric materials conducted. the most important pyrolysis parameters are described and compared with each other. |
