Abstract

Členkasti transporterji se uporabljajo za transportiranje sipkih ali kosovnih materialov, v posebnih izvedbah pa je možen tudi transport oseb (eskalatorji). V diplomskem delu Konstruiranje in dinamična analiza verižnega transporterja obravnavamo analitičen preračun izbranega transporterja, kjer je izračunana pretočna zmogljivost transporterja, izračunane sile v verigi in potrebna moč pogonskega motorja, temu sledi konstruiranje verižnega transporterja v računalniškem orodju SolidWorks. Dinamična analiza je bila izvedena s programom ADAMS, kjer smo določili odpore pri gibanju transporterja. Na koncu je navedena še primerjava rezultatov z analitičnimi preračuni.

Secondary title: Design and dynamical analysis of the chain conveyor
Secondary abstract: Chain conveyors are used for transporting bulk or solid materials, and in special implementations, it is also possible to transport persons (escalators). In the diploma thesis Design and Dynamic Analysis of a Chain Conveyor, we consider the analytical calculation of the selected conveyor, where the throughput capacity, the resistance forces and the required engine power were calculated, followed by the design of the chain conveyor in SolidWorks computer aided design tool. Dynamic analysis of the chain conveyor was performed by using ADAMS program, where the necessary engine power was determined. Finally, a comparison of the results with the analytical calculations were given.
