diplomsko delo univerzitetnega študijskega programa I. stopnje
Abstract

The diploma work describe the cultovation of Pleurotus ostreatus on various residues of fruits and vegetables, in addition to wheat bran. The fungus growth was observed for 8 days and weight in between to measure the weight of the fungus.
After 8 days, we did the enzyme extraction. The enzymes like cellulase, laccase and α-amylase were observed and the protein concentration was determined according to the Bradford method. Activity and specific activity in enzyme extract were also determined. Subsequently, cross-linked enzyme aggregates (CLEAs) were made. The immobilization efficiency was determined, and then the residual activity and residual specific activity for all 3 enzymes were measured. We were also interested in the stability of enzymes in CLEAs over time at 4°C, so we set cross-linked enzyme aggregates at 4°C and measured the enzyme activity after 2 and 4 weeks. |
