Abstract

V podjetju, kjer poleg proizvodnje avtomobilskih žarometov in meglenk izdelujejo tudi radarske logotipne pokrove, v procesu predmontaže logotipnega pokrova robotsko zunanje lakirajo štiri leče naenkrat.

Secondary title: Process analysis of outer lacquering of the logo cover's lens using the SPC method
Secondary abstract: In the company, where, beside the production of front and back lamps and foglamps, they are also manufacturing radar car emblems, there is a process of preassembly of logo emblem, where 4 lenses were being robotically lacquered at the same time. This type of lacquering is not optimized for each of the lenses, which results in different lacquer thickness in the characteristic measuring points. For the process analysis we decided to choose a method of statistical process control (shorter SPC method), which enables us to discover, if the process we are analyzing is stable and capable of producing the products with specifications that match customer demands and needs. After the analysis of the process using SPC method, we discovered that the lacquering process is not stable neither capable of producing the products with demanded specifications. After some adjustments in the process, we again analyzed the process and achieved much better results, both in process stability and process capability.
