Abstract

V tem delu predstavljam eksperimentalno pridobljene vrednosti gostote in viskoznosti binarnih mešanic etanola in 1-propanola, pri različnih množinskih deležih etanola v 1-propanolu (xetanol=0,0; 0,2; 0,4; 0,5; 0,6; 0,8 in 1,0) ter temperaturah od 5 °C do 55 °C, z razmikom 10 °C. Iz teh empiričnih vrednosti so potem preračunani presežni volumni in deviacije viskoznosti. Eksperimentalni podatki teh mešanic so pomembni tako iz teoretičnega, saj si lahko z njimi lažje razložimo obnašanje realnih mešanic etanola in 1-propanola, kot tudi praktičnega vidika, saj se jih veliko uporablja kot topila v različnih industrijskih panogah.

Secondary abstract: In this work, I present the experimentally obtained values of the density and viscosity of binary mixtures of ethanol and 1-propanol at different molar fractions of ethanol in 1-propanol (xethanol = 0.0; 0.2; 0.4; 0.5; 0.6; 0.8 and 1.0) and at temperatures of 5 °C to 55 °C, with a distance of 10 °C. From these empirical values, excess volume and viscosity deviation are then calculated. The experimental data of these mixtures is important both from the theoretical, as it makes it easier to explain the behavior of real mixtures of ethanol and 1-propanol, as well as the practical aspect, since they are widely used as solvents in various industries.
