Abstract

V magistrskem delu so predstavljene ključne metode integracij, ki se uporabljajo za izmenjavo podatkov in informacij pri izdelavi modelov 5D BIM. Opisane integracije temeljijo na izmenjavi na osnovi odprtokodnih in zaprtih lastniških formatov, direktnih povezav API ter BIM strežnikov. Osrednja tematika magistrskega dela (integracije BIM) obravnava razčlenitev modeliranja, modelov in pristopa BIM ter prednosti in izzive tehnologije BIM. V praktičnem delu se obravnava v letu 2014 zgrajeni objekt Osnovne šole Litija, za katerega se je v obsegu magistrskega dela naredil tudi model 5D BIM. Za modeliranje in integracijo modela 5D BIM se je uporabilo ArchiCAD (3D BIM) in Navisworks Manage 2019 v povezavi z MS Project (4D in 5D BIM). Z opisanim modeliranjem in izmenjavami med omenjenimi programi je opisana ena izmed možnosti integracije 5D BIM ter predstavljene njene prednosti in izzivi. V nadaljevanju so podane še alternativne možnosti izbrani integraciji v praktičnem delu, kot so Bexel Manager, Synchro Pro, iTWO in Fuzor. Za primerjavo z izbrano integracijo praktičnega primera je predstavljen način njihovega delovanja in funkcije, ki jih te programske rešitve ponujajo.

Secondary title: Analysis of 5D BIM integrations
Secondary abstract: The master's thesis presents key integration methods that are used today for the exchange of information in development of integrated 5D BIM models. The integrations described in the theoretical part include exchanges based on open source and closed proprietary formats, direct API connections, and BIM servers. The introduction to the main topic of the master's thesis (BIM integrations) consists of general divisions of BIM models and BIM modeling approach, as well as the advantages and challenges of BIM technology. In the scope of the practical part a 5D BIM model of Litija Primary School, which was built in 2014, was made. ArchiCAD was used as BIM authoring environment, Navisworks Manage and MS Project were used to create integrated BIM model. The description of modeling and the exchanges between programs used describe one of the 5D BIM integration options and outline its strengths and challenges. In the concluding part alternatives to selected practical integration are presented, e.g., Bexel Manager, Synchro Pro, iTWO and Fuzor. The comparison between the selected integration method in the practical use case and possible alternatives covers presentation of integration methods and specific software features.
