Secondary abstract: | This work deals with the problem of unbalance of rigid rotors and development of measurement system with graphic user interface for the identification of rigid rotor unbalance. The first part presents the theoretical background and the importance of mass balancing followed by development and use of measurement system. The measurement system is assembled from Beckhoff%s components and the signals are monitored and acquired in real time with TwinCAT software environment. For user control a graphic user interface in Python programming language is developed. Pyads library is used to allow Python to interact with TwinCAT. Due to the best compatibility the work is done on Beckhoff industrial computer. The developed measurement system allows measuring and storing signals from the rigid rotor dynamic balancing device, which are needed to determine rotor%s mass unbalance. |
