Abstract

Dandanes so kompetence naša največja prednost, ki jo lahko imamo pred drugimi. So izkaz našega znanja, sposobnosti in spretnosti. V diplomskem delu smo preučevali pomembnost kompetenc po mnenju aktivistov v Klubu študentov Kranj z namenom izdelave kompetenčnih profilov za Upravni odbor. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili kompetence na splošno. Našteli smo elemente kompetenc in njihove ravni, prav tako smo se ukvarjali s kompetencami posameznika in kompetencami organizacije. Preučili smo kompetenčne modele, katere štiri poznamo in kako se ti modeli povežejo v kompetenčni profil. V empiričnem delu smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, razdeljenega med aktiviste Kluba študentov Kranj, ocenjevali, kako pomembne se jim zdijo kompetence članov Upravnega odbora. Anketni vprašalnik je bil razdeljen na pet delov. Najprej smo predstavili populacijo, splošne kompetence Upravnega odbora, kompetence, specifične za posamezno mesto v Upravnem odboru, pomembnost kompetenc pri volitvah v Upravni odbor in nazadnje pustili prostor za predloge anketiranih, katere kompetence bi poleg naštetih še bile pomembne za delovanje Upravnega odbora. Na osnovi pridobljenih odgovorov smo sestavili kompetenčne profile za Upravni odbor Kluba študentov Kranj.

Secondary abstract: Today competencies are our greatest advantage we can have. The reflect our knowledge, abilities and skills. In this paper we studied the importance of competencies for members of Klub študentov Kranj for the intention of building competency profiles for the Steering comittee. In the theoretical part of the paper we studied the meaning of competences. Next we sorted elemnts of competencies and different levels, we also studied competencies of the individual and competencies of the organizations. We then studiet competence models, which four do we know and how they connect into competence profiles. In the empirical part when researched, with the help of a questionnaire given to members of Klub študentov Kranj to evaluate how important are the competencies of members of the Steering comittee. The quiestionnaire was made of five parts. The first one was the demographic part, then there was importance of generic competencies of the Steering comittee, competencies specificly for each role in the Steering comittee, the importance of competencies at the elections for the Steering comittee and the last part was a blank space meant to collect suggestions for any competencies missed in the questionnaire. With the resaults we got we were able to make competence profiles for members of the Steering comittee at Klub študentov Kranj.
