Abstract

Tehnološke izboljšave so zmeraj dobrodošle v podjetjih, saj podjetju prinesejo bolj ekonomično izdelavo izdelka, in med to tudi spada posodobitev vpenjalnih priprav za obdelavo odkovka končnika. Skupaj s podjetjem smo si postavili robne pogoje in omejitve vpenjalnih priprav, ter tako izdelali zahtevnik. Zmodelirali smo konceptne variante za posamezno operacijo obdelave, ki smo jih ocenili na podlagi lastnih ocenjevalnih kriterijev, in tako izbrali naj primernejšo konceptno varianto za obdelavo odkovka končnika. Za vse konceptne variante smo izvedli tudi analizo stroškov, ki vključuje stroške konstruiranja in izdelave, ustrezne podanim zahtevam.

Secondary abstract: Technological improvements are always welcome in companies, as they enable economically superior mechanical process to companies. Among the technological improvements is also the modernization of clamping devices for mechanical machining of forged part. The team inside of company set the boundary conditions and limitations for clamping devices, and this produced the request form. We have created conceptual variants for an individual processing operation, which we evaluated on the basis of our own assessment criteria, and selected the most variants, we carried out a cost analysis, in which are included cost of design and manufacture, which had to be in line with the specified requirements.
