Abstract

Magistrska naloga vsebuje opis postopka analize utrujanja sintranih zobnikov. V prvem delu je navedeno nekaj teoretičnih osnov o sintranju, sintranih zobnikih ter o utrujanju in metodah izračuna življenjske dobe. V drugem delu je opisan praktični primer analize utrujanja sintranega zobnika. Nanaša se na predhodno izmerjene parametre in določeno geometrijo zobnika, cilj pa je numerična in računska določitev življenjske dobe sintranega zobnika pri več različnih obremenitvenih momentih ter primerjati rezultate s predhodno izvedenimi preiskusi. V praktičnem delu naloge se uporablja računalniške simulacije za ugotavljanje napetostno deformacijskega polja v korenu zoba zobnika ter simulacije širjenja utrujenostnih razpok. Končni izračuni življenjske dobe so narejeni analitično s pomočjo rezultatov računalniških simulacij

Secondary title: Fatique analysis of sintered gears
Secondary abstract: The process of fatigue analysis of sintered gears is described in this article. The first part of the article contains some theorethical basis of sintering process, sintered gears, fatigue and methods of determination of service life of components. The second part is a practical analysis of fatigue of an actual sintered gear, for which the geometry and material paramters were previously determined. The goal of this assignment was to numerically calculate the service life of the sintered gear, at each of the specified loading torques, and to compare the analysis results to the previously acquired on-specimen test results. Numericall simulations are used to determine the stress-strain field in the gear tooth root, and for the simulations of crack propagation. Final service life is then calculated from the results of the simulatons.
