Abstract

V sodobnem času se podjetja soočajo z vse večjo konkurenco in da bi izstopala iz te množice ter si zagotovila konkurenčno prednost, je ključnega pomena, da si ustvarijo dodano vrednost. Ljudje se za nakup odločajo na podlagi različnih dejavnikov, najpomembneje pa je, da bo izdelek ali storitev zadovoljil njihove potrebe. Izhajati je potrebno iz perspektive strank, oziroma kupcev, na kar opozarja tudi Gibson (2015, str. 184); da najdemo nove priložnosti za inoviranje, se moramo postaviti v vlogo naših strank in začeti gledati na znamko, izdelke in storitve skozi njihove oči. Na primeru zaposlitvenega portala Mojedelo.com, ki je v lasti podjetja Styria digital marketplaces d.o.o., smo ugotavljali pomembnost dodane vrednosti izdelkov in storitev na primeru kariernih sejmov, ki jih prej omenjeno podjetje organizira že petnajsto leto. Raziskali bomo elemente, ki prinašajo dodano vrednost (kvaliteta, prihranek časa, boljše počutje). S pomočjo postavljenih raziskovalnih vprašanj smo ugotovili, kateri elementi prinašajo omenjenemu podjetju dodano vrednost.

Secondary title: Innovative ways of creating added value to products and services
Secondary abstract: Nowadays, companies are facing increasing competition, which is considered as a factor that facilitate creation of added value to be able to gain competitive edge. It is crucial that they create added value. People decide to buy products and services based on a variety of factors, but most importantly, the product or service must meet needs of customers. It must be taken from the perspective of customers as Gibson (2015, p. 184) points out; to find new opportunities to innovate, we need to put ourselves in the role of our customers and start looking at the brand, products and services through their eyes. In the case of the employment portal Mojedelo.com, which is owned by Styria digital marketplaces d.o.o., we have explored the importance of the added value of products and services in the case of career fairs organized by Styria digital marketplaces d.o.o., for the fifteenth year. We will explore elements that bring added value (quality, time saving, better health). Research questions were developed to provide the focal point for this research that aims to identify the key elements of value creation.
