Abstract
V diplomskem delu je opisano izdelovanje krožne žage za razrez aluminijevih ulitkov vse od nastanka ideje do zasnove naprave. Osredotočili smo se predvsem na problem, kako hitreje in z večjo ponovljivostjo, natančnostjo izdelati izdelek. Odločili smo se za avtomatizacijo delovnega mesta, s tem smo razbremenili delavca. S programsko opremo »Solidworks« smo izdelali okviren model naprave. Predstavljeno je tudi označevanje izdelka s pomočjo igličnega označevalnika ter branje kode QR s pomočjo 2D kamere.

Secondary abstract: |
The purpose of this diploma thesis is to describe the production of a circular saw designed for cutting aluminum castings, all from the idea to the conception of the device. We focused primarily on the problem of how to produce a product faster, with greater repeatability and precision. We opted for the automation of the workplace, which takes a lot of burden off the worker. With the Solidworks software, we created an approximate model of the device. In the diploma thesis the labelling of the product with a needle marker is also presented, as well as the reading of the QR code using a 2D camera. |
