Abstract

V podjetju Gorenje d.o.o. na oddelku kuhalnih aparatov se pojavljajo težave pri gradnji tehnoloških šablon za sestavo aparatov. Šablone, ki se uporabljajo v proizvodnji so namenjene samo eni delovni operaciji in drage za izdelavo. V tej nalogi je opisan pojem modularnost in prednosti vpeljave tega koncepta v gradnjo šablon. Koncipirana je bila modularna platforma za gradnjo tehnoloških šablon za proces lepljenja nosilcev plinskih gorilnikov na steklene kuhalne plošče. Uporabnost platforme se je preverila s pomočjo 3D modelov narisanih v SolidWorksu. Koncipirana platforma je uporabna za sestavo sedmih različnih šablon.

Secondary title: Designing a modular platform for construction of technological templates in assembly of household appliances
Secondary abstract: In Gorenje kitchen appliances department there are difficulties in building technological templates for the composition of the appliances. The stencils used in production are intended for a single work operation and are expensive to manufacture. This paper describes the notion of modularity and the benefits of introducing this concept into the construction of templates. A modular platform for the construction of technological templates for the process of gluing gas burner mounts to glass hobs was designed. The usefulness of the platform was tested using 3D models drawn in SolidWorks. The conceptual platform is useful for assembling seven different templates.
