Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavi trenutne pomanjkljivosti 3D-tiskalnika Anet A8. S temeljitim opisom te pomanjkljivosti predstavi, prav tako pa navede, če bi nas pri čem ovirale ali tudi ogrožale. Na kratko je opisana tehnologija 3D-tiskanja, njena zgodovina, posamezni deli 3D-tiskalnika in njegova strojna programska oprema. Z uporabo programskega paketa NX se bo zmodeliralo 3D-tiskalnik Anet A8 v trenutnem stanju. Predlagane rešitve bomo dodali v model in naredili primerjavo. Presodilo se bo, če se sploh splača te rešitve uvesti in kaj pridobimo z njihovo uvedbo. Naš glavni cilj je bil preprečiti možnost požara zaradi nekaterih pomanjkljivosti.

Secondary abstract: The thesis explains what are the current issues of the Anet A8 3D-printer. With a thorough explanation of these problems, it defines if these problems will be an obstacle or even a threat to us. There will be some basics about 3D-printing technology, its history, its parts and its firmware. With the help of NX software, we will model the current state of the Anet A8. We will then implement our suggested solutions and compare the before and after model. We will analyse the solutions, if it is even worth implementing and what we get out of it. The main goal is to prevent the 3D-printer from catching fire to itself or its surroundings
