Abstract

V okviru diplomske naloge sem predlagal izboljšavo tehnološkega postopka pri vročem cinkanju obračalne mize za transport palet v podjetju Transpak d.o.o. Reševal sem problematiko odtekanja taline in ostankov kisline na konstrukcijskem elementu, ki povzroča predvsem estetske nevšečnosti, lahko pa tudi slabšo zaščito in posledično slabšo funkcionalnost obračalne mize. Najprej sem opisal postopek vročega cinkanja ter osnove strege in montaže. Analiziral sem probleme, ki nastajajo pri dosedanjem tehnološkem postopku. S pomočjo eksperimenta sem poizkušal ugotoviti ali lahko s pravilnim odzračevanjem konstrukcijskega elementa preprečimo vidne negativne posledice cinkanja. To sem storil z dodajanjem nove operacije v tehnološki postopek izdelave obračalne mize. Rezultati so pokazali, da lahko s pravilnim odzračevanjem odpravimo problematiko odtekanja taline in ostankov kislin, saj je predlagana rešitev dala bistveno boljše rezultate, kot pa smo jih dobili pri dosedanjem načinu dela.

Secondary title: Improvements during hot - dip galvanization of rotary table for transport pallets
Secondary abstract: As part of my thesis, I suggested improving the technological process for hot dip galvanizing of a pallet transport turn table in a company Transpak d.o.o. I solved the problem of melt drainage and acid residues on the structural element, which mainly causes aesthetic inconvenience, but can also reduce the protection and consequently the poor functionality of the turntable. I first described the process of hot dip galvanizing and the basics of roofing and assembly. I have analyzed the problems encountered in the technological process so far. With the help of the experiment, I tried to find out whether the negative visual consequences of the process can be prevented by properly venting the structural element. I did this by adding a new operation to the technological process of making a turntable part. The results showed that correct venting can eliminate the problem of melt runoff and acid residues, since the proposed solution gave significantly better results than we have obtained in the current mode of operation.
