Abstract

Podjetje Orodja Erhart d.o.o. izdeluje raznorazne vpenjalne trne za CNC obdelovalne stroje. Podjetje se je odločilo za pospešitev proizvodnje z nakupom industrijskega robota. Za industrijskega robota je bilo potrebno skonstruirati pripravo, na kateri se bo robot postavil, ter namensko mizo, kamor se bodo nalagali surovci in kamor bo robot odlagal končne izdelke. Ob izdelavi idejnih skic smo začeli s konstruiranjem potrebnih komponent, katere smo narisali v programu Solidworks. Najprej smo naredili podstavek za robota, nato pa še mizo. V konstrukcijo mize sta združeni še naprava za transport surovcev ter naprava za privijanje izvlečnih vijakov. Na koncu smo opisali še potek dela industrijskega robota ter okvirno stroškovno analizo.

Secondary title: Construction of a purpose-made device for an industrial robot
Secondary abstract: The company Orodja Erhart d.o.o. produces tool holders for CNC machines. The company decided to accelerate production by purchasing an industrial robot. A device had to be constructed for the industrial robot on which the robot will place end products and a special table where blanks will be placed and where the robot will place end products. When producing a conceptual sketch, we started with the construction of the necessary components which were drawn in the SolidWorks program. First, we made a pedestal for the robot and then the table. In the construction of the table, the device for transporting the blanks and a device for screwing outfeed screws were also attached. In the end, we described the course of work of the industrial robot and rough cost analysis.
