Abstract

Osnovni namen diplomskega dela je delna avtomatizacija v procesu vizualizacije komisioniranja v regalnem skladišču. Regalno skladišče je najlaže popisati s pomočjo 3D-matrike, ki opisuje pozicije regalov in poti med njimi. Podatke in robne pogoje komisioniranja smo prevzeli in reorganizirali v podatkovne baze. Opis skladišča in preračun poti v realnem času smo izvedli v programskem jeziku MATLAB, za vizualizacijo poti pa smo uporabili programski paket SolidWorks, ki ob pomoči modula za kinematiko omogoča delno avtomatizacijo in predstavitev poti komisioniranja tako v skladišču kot v 3D-prostoru. Program za izračun poti in izpis datotek, ki so vmesna stopnja med preračunom in vizualizacijo, smo primerjali z znanim programom in ugotovili, da med rezultati ni velikih razlik. Vizualizacija komisioniranja v 3D-regalnem skladišču je pomemben korak v možnostih planiranja, preverjanja in optimizacije obratovanja skladišča.

Secondary title: Calculation and visualization of the order-picking process
Secondary abstract: The main purpose of the diploma thesis is partial automation in the process of visualization of commissioning in the rack warehouse. The convenient approach to describe racks by using a 3D matrix that describes the positions of the shelves and the paths between them. Data and boundary conditions of commissioning were taken from commission lists and reorganized into databases. Warehouse description and real-time route calculations were performed in MATLAB programming language and SolidWorks software package for route visualization, which enables partial automation and presentation of the commissioning routes in the 3D warehouse using motion module in SolidWorks. The program for calculating the path and printing the files, which are an intermediate stage between the calculation and the visualization, were compared with a known program and found that there are no big differences between the results. Visualizing commissioning in a 3D rack warehouse is an important step for planning, checking and optimizing warehouse operation.
