diplomsko delo univerzitetnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
Podjetja, ki obratujejo v gospodarstvih, ki so tržno usmerjena, so prišla do spoznanja, da je razvoj zaposlenih ključnega pomena za pridobivanje in vzdrževanje njihovih konkurenčnih prednosti.
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili razvoj zaposlenih na Pošti Slovenije, d. o. o. Razvoj zaposlenih je sistematičen proces, s katerim organizacija načrtovano razvija tista znanja in kompetence, ki podpirajo strateške cilje in zastavljeno vizijo. Za organizacijo je izredno pomembno, da razpolaga s kadri, ki so ustrezno izobraženi in usposobljeni za opravljanje svojega dela. To predstavlja ključ do uspeha podjetja in le tako lahko dosežemo konkurenčnost organizacije na trgu. Na Pošti Slovenije, d. o .o se v okviru razvoja zaposlenih poslužujejo izobraževanj in usposabljanj, coachinga, metorstva, letnih razvojnih pogovorov, strokovnega izpopolnjevanja in razvoja vodij po metodi 360°.
Anketiranci v organizaciji Pošta Slovenije, d. o. o., so v večini zadovoljni z načinom razvoja zaposlenih. Organizacija dejavnosti izvaja uspešno in zelo dobro že vrsto let. Dejstvo, da si nekateri anketiranci želijo izboljšav na področju razvoja, pa najbrž kaže na to, da želijo biti še uspešnejši pri delu.
Sistem razvoja zaposlenih na Pošti Slovenija, d. o. o je sicer učinkovit, kljub temu pa vodstvu ne omogoča vpogleda spremljanja zadovoljstva anketirancev z izvajanjem sistema. S tem nima povratne informacije glede sistema razvoja kadrov s strani zaposlenih.
Organizacija bi morala še bolj upoštevati mnenja in želje posameznikov, saj bi tako dosegla, da bi bili zaposleni z delom bolj zadovoljni, posledično pa še bolj produktivni in uspešni pri delu.

Companies operating in market-oriented economies have come to the realization that the development of employees is crucial for gaining and maintaining their competitive advantage.
In the thesis, we want to present the employee development at Post of Slovenia. Employee development is a systematic process by which the company develops the knowledge and competencies that support strategic goals and vision. It is extremely important for a company to have employees who are adequately educated and trained to do their job. This is the key to success of the company and it is the only way we can achieve the competitiveness of the organization on the market. In the framework of the employee development, Post of Slovenia relies on education and training, coaching, mentoring, annual development interviews, professional training and development of managers according to the 360°feedback method.
Surveyed employees at Post of Slovenia are mostly satisfied with the development methods. The organization has been performing successfully and very well for several years, and while some employees want development improvements, they indicate that they want to be even more successful at work.
The HR development system at Post of Slovenia is effective; however, it does not allow management to have an insight into monitoring surveyed employees satisfaction with the implementation of the system. As a consequence, the management receives no feedback by the employees on the HR development system.
The company should take greater account of the opinions and desires of individuals in order to make the employees more satisfied and consequently more productive and successful at work. |
