Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava razvoj poslovnega modela za storitve poročne fotografije. Poročnih fotografov, kot tudi drugih, je iz leta v leto več. Eden od razlogov za to je cenovno ugodnejša možnost nakupa starejše profesionalne opreme v primerjavi s preteklimi leti. Stroški pa kljub temu še vedno ostajajo visoki. Na trgu opažamo na podlagi uspešnih primerov inoviranj poslovnih modelov rast pomena poslovnega modela in njegovo vlogo v uspešnosti poslovanja organizacije. Z namenom razvoja lastnega poslovnega modela smo analizirali poslovne modele štirih fotografov po gradnikih Kanvas poslovnega modela. Od tega so bili trije s področja poročne fotografije, eden pa s področja produktne in portretne fotografije. Analiza je obsegala pregled spletne pojavnosti in izvedbo intervjujev izbranih fotografov. Pridobljene podatke smo analizirali s pomočjo Kanvas poslovnega modela. Na podlagi rezultatov in ugotovitev analize smo razvili predlog lastnega poslovnega modela za storitve poročne fotografije po vseh elementih Kanvas poslovnega modela. Na kratko smo opisali načrt njegove uvedbe. Na koncu smo predlagali možnosti za izboljšave in dodatne analize.

Secondary title: Development of a business model for wedding photography services
Secondary abstract: The master's thesis focuses on the development of a business model for wedding photography services. Each year, there are more wedding and other photographers. One of the reasons is that there are cheaper opportunities to buy older professional equipment compared to previous years. However, the costs remain high. Based on successful examples of business model innovations, the market is seeing an increase in the importance of the business model and its role in the success of an organization. In order to develop our own business model, we analysed business models of four photographers according to the building blocks of the Business Model Canvas. Three were wedding photographers and one was product and portrait photographer. The analysis included an overview of online appearances and interviews of selected photographers. The obtained data were analysed by using the Business Model Canvas. Based on the results and findings of the analysis, we have developed a proposal for our own business model for wedding photography services according to all elements of the Business Model Canvas. We briefly outlined the plan for the introduction of the model and, in the end, suggested options for improvement and additional analysis.
