Abstract

Navadna konoplja (Cannabis sativa L.) ponovno dobiva velik pomen na trgu, prav zaradi vsestranskosti uporabe pridelka, hitrosti rasti in uspevanja v skoraj vseh klimatskih pasovih po svetu. Zaradi vsebnosti kanabinoidov se uporablja predvsem v medicini in kot droga, zaradi izjemno kakovostnih vlaken in vsebnosti celuloze pa jo gojimo kot industrijsko rastlino. V svoji diplomski nalogi sem raziskal sorte konoplje glede na namen uporabe pridelka (semena, stebla, vršički), primerjal in analiziral sem poljske poskuse. Za sorto z največjim pridelkom semen in stebel se je izkazala 'Futura 75'. Zraven genetskih lastnosti sort imata velik vpliv na količino in kakovost pridelka tudi različna tehnologija pridelave in vremenske razmere v letu pridelave. Cilji raziskovalcev so usmerjeni predvsem v več namenskost sort konoplje v pridelavi za stebla in semena ter v vsebnost kanabinoidov, predvsem CBD. V Sloveniji ima največji obseg pridelave sorta 'Fedora 17', trend v Sloveniji pa podobno kot v svetu kaže povečanje zanimanja za pridelovanje konoplje, vendar bo potrebnega še veliko informiranja in raziskav o sortimentih glede na namen uporabe pridelka.

Secondary title: Varieties of hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) based on usage of crop yield
Secondary abstract: Hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) has regained big importance on the market, due to it's versatile use of crops, rapid growth and thrives in all climatic zones around the world. Because the content of cannabinoids, hemp is mainly used in medicine and as a drug. Due to it's quality fibers and pulp content it is grown as an industial plant. In present thesis hemp varieties based on usage of crop yield (seeds, stems, flowers) and field experiments have been compared and analysed. 'Futura 75' proved to have the highest stems and seeds yields. Besides genetic characteristics of the variety, different production technologies and weather conditions also has major impact the yield and it's quality. The researchers goals are mainly focused in multi crop yield in stem and seed produvtion as well as in cannabinoids content. In Slovenia, we have the highest production of 'Fedora 17' variety. Like in the whole world interest in hemp cultvation is increasing also in Slovenia but much more knowledge and reasearch will be needed on varieties according to the crop yield usage.
