Projekt zamenjave obračalnega manipulatorja

Abstract

V magistrski nalogi smo izdelali plan realnega projekta v realnem podjetju, s katerim bi lahko vodili projekt, to pomeni izdelava projektne dokumentacije. Nato smo ga primerjali z realno izvedbo projekta in podali rezultate. Pri tem smo uporabili študij literature in zbiranje podatkov. Podali smo časovne in finančne primerjave ter s tem ugotovili uspešnost projekta. Od dveh ciljev, ki smo si ju zadali, smo lahko zadovoljni le z enim, to pomeni, da se je izdelal kvaliteten stroj, vendar je bil predrag.

Secondary abstract:	In the master thesis we made plan of real project in the real company with which we could manage this project, this means making a project documentation. Then we compared it with real execution of this project and gave the results. In doing so we used literature studies and gathering information. We gave time and financial comparisments with which we found out how successful the project was. Out of two goals that we set ourselves we can be satisfied only with one, this means that we made a quality machine but it was too expensive.
