Abstract

Magistrsko diplomsko delo predstavlja ureditev sklenitve zakonske zveze po novem Družinskem zakoniku in jo primerja z ureditvijo sklenitve zakonske zveze v prej veljavnem Zakonu o zakonski zvezi in družinskih razmerjih. Navaja zahteve, ki morajo biti izpolnjene ob sklenitvi zakonske zveze, opisuje postopek sklenitve zakonske zveze, vpis sklenitve zakonske zveze v matični register in ponovitev slovesnosti ob jubileju sklenitve zakonske zveze.
