Abstract

Tehnologija verig blokov je omogočila nov način zbiranja zagonskih sredstev. Gre za t. i. začetno prodajo kovancev, ki pa je prišla z določenimi pomanjkljivostmi, zaradi katerih je prihajalo do prevar. Da bi se temu izognili, je nastal izboljšan koncept prodaje žetonov, ki ga imenujemo decentralizirana začetna prodaja kovancev. V magistrskem delu smo se spoznali z različnimi načini zbiranja zagonskih sredstev ter platformami, ki to omogočajo. Nato smo tudi sami implementirali pametne pogodbe za decentralizirano začetno prodajo kovancev na platformi Ethereum.

Secondary abstract: Blockchain technology has provided a new way to raise start-ups. It is about the so-called Initial coin offering, which, however, came with some deficiencies that led to fraud. To avoid this, an improved concept of token sales, called decentralized autonomous initial coin offering, has emerged. In the master's thesis we were introduced to different methods of raising start-up funds and platforms that enable this. We then also implemented smart contracts for decentralized autonomous initial coin offering on the platform Ethereum.
