Koncipiranje in snovanje varilne naprave za okroglo zunanje varjenje

Abstract

Diplomsko delo opisuje zasnovo in izdelavo varilne naprave za okroglo zunanje varjenje. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz treh delov. V uvodu je opisan problem teme ter zahteve podjetja, ki jih mora stroj izpolnjevati. V nadaljevanju se izbere najprimernejši koncept za izvedbo stroja. V jedru je prikazano določevanje pomembnejših sestavnih elementov na podlagi analitičnih preračunov ter njihovo dimenzioniranje, ki mu sledi kratek opis. V zaključku diplomskega dela je prikazana priprava delov za montažo, tako da so izpolnjeni pogoji iz zahtevnika.

Secondary abstract:	The diploma describes the design and construction of the wielding device for round external welding. The diploma contains three major parts. Introduction describes the problem of the topic and the requirements of the company that the machine must meet. The fallowing is the most appropriate concept for the implementation of the machine is selected. At the core is shown the determination of the most important constituent elements based on analytical calculations, their design, followed by a brief description. The conclusion of the diploma shows the preparation of parts for installation, so that the conditions from the requester are fulfilled.
