Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena avtohiša in stanovanjski objekt v lasti Avtohiše Kos d.o.o., katere trenutno ogrevajo s pečjo na kurilno olje in s štirimi klimatskimi napravami. Prikazane so izvedbe več vetrnih tehnologij (vetrnic) iz različnih svetovnih trgov in hibridni sistem vetrne in sončne tehnologije, s katerimi bi bilo poskrbljeno za samooskrbo z električno energijo in za napajanje toplotne črpalke, ki bi ogrevala prostore. Kot razumna naložba je dodana še enota za kogeneracijo na zemeljski plin, ki bi s pomočjo vetrnice in sončnih celic zagotavljala toplotno energijo in bi hkrati pokrivala vršne potrebe električne energije. Podane so energetska, stroškovna in finančna analiza s programom RETScreen, na podlagi analiz pa primerjane donosnosti investicij.

Secondary abstract: |
The thesis presents a car dealership and a residential facility, owned by Avtohiša Kos d.o.o., which are currently heated by a heating oil stove and four air conditioners. Various implementations of wind technologies (wind turbines) from different markets worldwide are shown, as well as a hybrid system of wind and solar technology, which would provide self-supply with electricity and power supply for a heat pump to heat the premises. A natural gas cogeneration unit was added as a reasonable investment, which would with help of wind turbine and solar panels provide heat and while covering peak electricity requirements. Energy, cost and financial analysis using program RETScreen are given, and on the basis of the analysis compared profitabilities of investments. |
